We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy sets out the charges that may apply if you cancel or amend a booking with Central Executive Transfers Ltd ("CET"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation charges are based on how much notice you give before your scheduled pick-up time:

| No-show | Full fare |
The total fare includes any agreed extras. A no-show occurs where a passenger cannot be located and does not make contact with us within a reasonable time of the scheduled pick-up.
CET reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, severe weather, driver illness, or events beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative vehicle sourced where possible.
For certain bookings (including Rolls Royce and luxury vehicle reservations, large group bookings, and long-distance journeys), CET may require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed to you in writing. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation within the timeframes set out above, unless CET cancels the booking, in which case any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
Amendments to bookings, including changes to date, time, or destination, are subject to availability and any applicable price difference. We will always try to accommodate changes where possible.
If your flight is cancelled, the cancellation charges above will apply. We recommend notifying us as soon as you become aware of any changes to your travel plans so we can help where possible.
